Returns and Refunds Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, please contact us directly prior to returning any items. We can sometimes accept returns after this 30 day policy, however we cannot guarantee it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in re-sellable condition and in it’s original packaging (if this is relevant). If your return arrives to us damaged, we cannot guarantee a full refund will be processed.

 Goods sold under ”untested bulk buy” and ”returns bulk buy” are exempt from being returned! Returns are not accepted if an item has been sold under the 2 categories listed above.

To return an item please contact us under ”Contact us” page explaining the reason for return and also provide order number and we will get back to you within 24 hours, at most 48 hours, 

Once we have been informed that you would like to return the item, we will either Book Royal Mail Collection or provide a prepaid return label, whichever you would prefer, all returns label provided will be under tracked service to ensure the item is delivered to us, we will inspect and issue refund,

Once the return has been posted and delivered to our returns warehouse, refund will be issued within 24-48 hours of receiving return.

 

Exchanges / Replacement

In the event we need to exchange an item for you, we will provide a collection with our courier for the item and dispatch the replacement once the original item has arrived back with us. However, this is only applicable to orders where we have mistakenly sent out the wrong product or the product was damaged in transit by our courier.

 

Item Not Received?

We offer 2-3 working days delivery, it is rare but is certainly possible you order may be delayed, we suggest you allow 6 working days and if you still do not receive your order after 6 working days, in that case please get in touch with us, we will look further into the matter, once you have contacted us we will contact the courier company regards to items whereabouts, if the item is deemed lost from courier side in that case we will offer replacement or full refund if you are unable to wait for replacement, 

 

We take full responsibility for item’s delivery if it has not been delivered, please note we do not take responsibility for delivery once the tracking shows the item has been delivered to the customers address.
